Farizal Marlias, goalkeeper of Johor Darul Ta’Zim believe that all teammates are motivated to achieve something special for this club. and are ready in the game to clash with Kawasaki Frontale, in the AFC Champions League 2022 group stage, Group I tomorrow.
Johor Darul Ta’Zim, has tied with Kawasaki Frontale 0-0 in last match on 2 days ago at Sultan Ibrahim Stadium, Iskandar Puteri.
“All of us are motivated towards achieving something special for this club,” Farizal said.
“We have prepared well for this campaign; we have performed better than anyone expected and now it is up to us to keep this momentum going with a disciplined performance.”
“We know that Kawasaki will try to dominate the possession. Their short, accurate and quick passing will definitely pose a threat. But now we know them well enough, let me assure everyone, we are ready.”
Farizal’s sentiments were echoed by JDT boss Benjamin Mora, who has rallied his charges to ‘never stop dreaming.’
“Kawasaki are one of Asia’s best teams, but somehow, they were not able to get a single shot on target. So, we must continue to make history, to have a good mind and heart and maintain this evolution of JDT,” said Mora.
AFC Champions League 2022, group stage, Group I, matchday 4 between Johor Darul Ta’zim vs Kawasaki Frontale will be played on 24 April at 10.00 pm. at Sultan Ibrahim Stadium, Iskandar Puteri.
