Gianni Infantino, President of Fédération Internationale de Football Association(FIFA), has confirmed in FIFA Congress 2024 to accepted the case banning od Israel to consider again in FIFA Council.
Today, during the FIFA Congress 2024 the agenda of Discussion of proposals duly submitted by the member associations and the Council within the period stipulated in Article 28 Paragraph 1 of the FIFA Statutes, Jibril Rajoub, president of Palestine Football Association(PFA) has raised to speech for the request to banning Israel following letter in hand, and revealed was received a threat to prison from Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime minister of Israel if released the letter in the congress.
And after speeched of President Palestine FA. Moshe Zuares, President of Israel FA, has raised to speech for reply Palestine FA and explained reason also.
However, after discussion, Gianni Infantino, President of FIFA decided to accept the case to the FIFA Council for considered again.
“We want just peace, and we do not want to divide anyone also and this is the responsibility of the FIFA president role.” FIFA president said.
