Footyrankings.com revealed Malaysia League, are now 10th rank in Asia and 4th rank in East Asia after Johor Darul Ta’Zim can qualified to round of 16 in the AFC Champions League 2022.
Johor Darul Ta’zim, qualification to the AFC Champions League Round of 16 and win over Ulsan Hyundai last night gained Malaysia another six points in the AFC Club Competition Ranking. The win moved Malaysia up to 10th in the continent.
Malaysia are now 4th in East Asia after overtaking Thailand, Vietnam and China in 2022. JDT have contributed 24 of the 24.45 points earned by Malaysia since 2019.
