Eddy Israfilov, a midfielder Azerbaijan national team age,32 has joined Johor Darul Ta’Zim in the season 2024/25 after left from Neftchi Baku, a club in Azerbaijan.
Israfilov brings with him a wealth of experience, having played in several clubs within the Spanish league, including Granada, SD Eibar, and Cadiz,
In addition, Israfilov have made 26 appearances for Azerbaijan national team since 2015, Israfilov has been a consistent presence on the international stage, contributing one goal assist during his tenure.
Israfilov’s signing marks JDT’s fourth new addition to the squad, following the arrivals of Park Jun Heong, Enzo Lombardo, and Christian Abad. His experience and versatility in midfield are expected to bolster JDT’s lineup as they continue their campaign in both domestic and international competitions.
