Bojan Hodak, the Head Coach of KL City, alongside KL City captain Paulo Josue attended the press conference in the Stadium of Sultan Ibrahim, Johor.
When the press asked the head coach about the pressure of the final, he said, “We have no pressure, as JDT expected to win the game. As mentioned, I want a good and firm referee to handle this match.”
Bojan Hodak asked whether it is fair to play in SSI, saying, “As I said, that is not fair as the final should be played in the National Stadium (Stadium National Bukit Jalil), but I can’t say anything here.”
The team captain expressed that the training and preparation are good, “Yeah, our preparation is good. We have a lot of information and training from the coaches. We come here to fight for the title. With a little bit of luck and effort, who knows, we can surprise JDT and get the title.”, said Paulo Josue, team captain of KL City.
We lose 6-1 last time in here. We rewatched the game with the coaches and saw a lot of mistakes. We are professionals too. We trained to win, not to lose. It was difficult to swallow the 6-1 loss.
JDT has good imported players and local players in every position. It will be a challenging game; we can fight till the end.
We will give the best football and try to win the game tomorrow. Again, we are playing against the best team, where they never lose a point in the league.”
