Indonesia U22 national team won 2 games in a row and moved to the top of the group after beating Myanmar U22 national team with a score of 5-0 in the Men’s football in SEA Games 2023 Group stage, Group A at Olympic Stadium, Phnom Penh.

Indonesia opened the scoring through Marselino Ferdinan in the 20th minute. The 18-year-old midfielder’s volley flowed into the Myanmar goal.
Garuda Muda almost doubled their position in the 22nd minute. It’s just that, Fajar Fathur Rahman’s close-range shot was dammed by Pyae Phyo Thu.
The second goal for Indonesia came in the 31st minute through Ramadhan Sananta’s penalty kick after Marselino was fouled in the Myanmar penalty box.
