Rifdean Masdor, a Malaysian Muay Thai athlete revealed that he feels happy and raised the victory as a birthday present.
Rifdean Masdor is making waves in the Muay Thai world. Training in Ipoh, Perak, the young fighter has shown remarkable dedication and discipline, a testament to his commitment to the sport and his country.
In a recent fight, Rifdean achieved a significant milestone by securing a TKO victory. “This is my second fight here, and I’m happy I made my country proud,” he shared. “For the TKO, I’m really happy because I have trained hard and maintained discipline to fight for this.”

Rifdean’s success is not just personal; it’s a source of pride for his family, who were present to witness his triumph. “My family, my father, and mother are here tonight, and my friend is celebrating a birthday, so it is a birthday present,” he said with a smile.
Despite his current focus on fighting, Rifdean is already thinking about his future. “With the money, I will give it to my family and save some for my future. I have a plan to become a businessman on the day I cannot fight anymore,” he revealed. This foresight underscores his maturity and sense of responsibility.
Rifdean’s journey has not been without its challenges. “Although now I still have not got any sponsor and only rely on support from my coach Bernard, the Perak State government, and the Muay Thai Association, I will continue to train hard,” he explained. His determination is unwavering, and he remains hopeful. “With God’s blessing, I wish I get a sponsor soon.”
One of Rifdean’s primary goals is to secure a contract with The One Championship, a prestigious Muay Thai organization. “I have been training hard and maintaining discipline to enable myself to qualify to secure the contract from The One,” he said. His dedication to this goal is clear, and he approaches each fight with a strong mindset. “I do not have any pressure to fight tonight as I only wish to do my best every time I step into the ring.”
Rifdean is deeply grateful for the support he has received so far and hopes for continued backing from his fans. “As for the fans, I hope they will continue to support me, and I will try my very best to make my country and my fans proud. Please continue to pray for me in the next fight and secure the contract from The One,” he appealed.
