Paulo Josue, midfielder of Malaysia national team insists full focus from all players is the most important thing for Malaysia to have a goal party at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium, Kuala Lumpur later.
Malaysia needs at least 8 goals in a match against Chinese Taipei and needs Kyrgyz Republic to lose to Oman for hope to advance to round 3 for the first time in history.
“As players in an attacking position, of course, it is quite difficult for us to get a big goal like 7-0. However, at this time, we have to have confidence and give our best action.” Paulo said in a pre-match press conference at Wisma FAM today.
“We can’t waste the opportunities we have and if the team can score an early goal it’s better before thinking about the next step. We also need to make sure we don’t concede,”
