Ratchaburi F.C. played against Police Tero in the Thailand League 1 on 12 February and got defeated by a tiny margin. Imported player, Safawi Rasid, was substituted into the game around 64′ minutes. This was his third game in Thailand League 1 after being loaned to Thailand by Johor Darul Ta’zim F.C.
“For me and for us, the result wasn’t good. We had several chance, but there is no luck. We just forget and looking forward to the next game.”, said Safawi after losing to Police Tero 0-1 on last Sunday.
Asking how he is adapting to Thailand League, Safawi said, “For now, I am getting more comfortable. Malaysia League and Thai League are the same.”. Safawi also expressed that there is “no difference” between Malaysia League and the Thai League, and both leagues have the same quality.
Although Safawi gained a few chances and tried to assist in the first and second matches, he said: “Although this time I didn’t score, I will try again next time; for me it doesn’t matter which of my teammate’s scores or assist.”
Asking about who is his best friend in Thailand, Safawi said “Ratchaburi F.C. teammates has been good to me, also, I am new to here (Thailand and Thai League 1), so I am friend to anyone in my team.”
“Hello guys, for Ratchaburi Fans, thank you for the warm hospitality and support; meanwhile, for Malaysia fans, thank you for the support, and keep supporting me. Thank you!”
