Malaysia sells ticket ‘combo RM100’ for ACQ 2023

The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), today announced the sale of ‘RM100 Combo Tickets’ to enable loyal Malaysian supporters to watch all six matches of the AFC Asian Cup 2023 Qualifiers 3rd round for Group E at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium, Kuala Lumpur this June at a special price of RM100 through early purchase at a limited time from 16-29 May 2022 at www.tickethotline.com.my

For the RM100 price, fans will be able to watch Bahrain vs Bangladesh and Turkmenistan vs Malaysia on Wednesday, 8 June 2022, Bangladesh vs Turkmenistan and Malaysia vs Bahrain on Saturday, 11 June 2022 and Bahrain vs Turkmenistan and Malaysia vs Bangladesh on Tuesday, 14 June 2022, all at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium, Kuala Lumpur one match in the afternoon and another match in the evening.

According to FAM Vice President, Dato ‘Posa Haji Majais as the Chairman of the FAM Ticket and Stadium Committee, the introduction of the’ RM100 Combo Ticket ‘was made to facilitate the loyal supporters of Harimau Malaya who wish to attend the three Match Days without having to purchase tickets separately. , besides being able to enjoy a price discount of almost 20%.

“FAM is concerned about the fans who are planning to go to the stadium for the three Match Days for this Group E qualifier and as a sign of appreciation from FAM, we are introducing this ‘RM100 Combo Ticket’ so that it can make it easier for them (supporters), besides giving some savings from in terms of price.” FAM Vice President said

“However, the ‘RM100 Combo Ticket’ offer will only be open for sale for a period of two weeks only, starting next Monday, 16 May 2022 until Sunday, 29 May 2022 by purchasing online at www.tickethotline.com.my.

“After the end of the period, sales will continue until the day of the match with tickets sold separately at RM40 for each Match Day. For example, for Match Day 1 on June 8, 2022, fans can watch two matches, Bahrain vs Bangladesh in the afternoon. and Turkmenistan v Malaysia in the evening, with the purchase of one ticket on the day of the match.”

“So for fans who plan to go to the stadium for the three Match Days, there is no need to buy RM40 tickets separately for three times which will cost RM120, instead it is easier and save if you just buy this ‘RM100 Combo Ticket’,” said Dato ‘Posa at a press conference at Wisma FAM, Kelana Jaya, today.

Also present at the press conference were FAM Secretary General, Mohd Saifuddin Abu Bakar and FAM Treasurer who is also the Deputy Chairman of the FAM Ticket and Stadium Committee, Dato ‘Haji Ismail Karim.

Apart from the ‘RM100 Combo Ticket’ (for 3 Match Days) and the RM40 ticket (for 1 Match Day) which are both for the Open seat category ticket, FAM also allocates the sale of part of the ticket for the Grandstand seat category which costs RM60 for 1 Match Day.

Children’s tickets are priced at RM7 for 1 Match Day for those with children aged 6 to 12 years old.

Each supporter can purchase a maximum of five tickets and each purchase of all types of ticket categories above will incur additional processing charges and bank charges, respectively according to a pre-determined rate.

Dato ‘Posa added: “This’ RM100 Combo Ticket’ promotion is only for Open seat category tickets and for Grandstand seat category tickets, there are no combo sales. Apart from the ‘RM100 Combo Ticket’ sale from 16 to 29 May 2022, ticket sales Open RM40 and Grandstand tickets RM60 will also start on 16 May 2022 until the day of the match.

“We hope that Harimau Malaya supporters can take full advantage of the permission for full capacity attendance to the stadium through the latest SOP COVID-19 from the government with the Bukit Jalil National Stadium, Kuala Lumpur will be filled with up to 80,000 spectators because we want our Harimau Malaya squad to perform with enthusiasm. to make history by qualifying for the AFC Asian Cup 2023 in China. “

Meanwhile, Dato ‘Posa also announced ticket prices for two Tier 1 International Matches, Malaysia VS Myanmar on Friday, 27 May 2022, and Malaysia VS Hong Kong on Wednesday, 1 June 2022 which both matches will also take place at the National Stadium. , Bukit Jalil in preparation for the Malayan Tigers squad led by Kim Pan Gon to face the three Group E qualifiers later.

“For this match against Myanmar and Hong Kong, the ticket price has been set at one price only, which is RM30 for adults and RM7 for children (6 to 12 years old) for each match, not including additional processing charges and bank charges. There are no category tickets. Grandstand for both of these matches.

“The sale of tickets for the match against Myanmar and Hong Kong will also be open from May 16, 2022 and the same conditions, a maximum of five tickets for each purchase,” he said.”

For additional information, all tickets for the 2023 Asian Cup Qualifier Finals for Group E as well as the two Tier 1 International Matches against Myanmar and Hong Kong will only be sold online at www.tickethotline.com.my and there will be no physical ticket sales. at the stadium ticket counter.
