Football Association of Thailand (FAT) has officially announced a 25-player national team squad for the upcoming ASEAN Hyundai Cup 2026, with English head coach Anthony Hudson selecting a balanced mix of experienced internationals and emerging talents for the regional championship.
The tournament will be held from 24 July to 26 August 2026 and will be recognised as an official FIFA International ‘A’ Match competition, meaning all matches will contribute to the FIFA World Ranking despite being played outside the FIFA international calendar.
The top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals.
Thailand’s squad features several established national team stars, including veteran goalkeeper Chatchai Budprom, experienced defenders Narubadin Weerawatnodom, Pansa Hemviboon, and Manuel Tom Bihr, while midfield leadership will come from Sarach Yooyen, Pokklao Anan, and Picha Autra.
Up front, Hudson has called upon promising striker Teerasak Poeiphimai, Patrik Gustavsson, Yotsakorn Burapha, and Jehanafi Mama to spearhead the attack.
The squad also includes several players who have impressed in the Thai domestic league and are expected to play key roles during the tournament.
