TV9 Malaysia will broadcast the international friendly match (FIFA Day) and AFC Asian Cup 2023 qualifiers 3rd round of the Malaysia national team.
The event started with the Football Friendly Match: Malaysia against Brunei on 27 May and against Hong Kong on 1 June. Of course, many fans and spectators can’t wait to see the great actions of the country’s players such as Safawi Rasid, Akhyar Rashid, and Safiq Rahim.
The fun continues with the match that football fans have been waiting for, the AFC Asian Cup 2023 qualifiers 3rd round, this match will start on 8-14 June 2022 involving 24 Asian countries taking place in 6 countries that host qualifying rounds and one of the hosts for this qualifying round are Malaysia. The qualifying round event involving Malaysia will be held at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium, Kuala Lumpur.
The champions from each group and the top 5 second teams will be eligible to compete in the final round of the 2023 Asian Cup with the participation of the host country, China, which will be held later.
The Malaysian team will compete with Turkmenistan, Bahrain and Bangladesh in team group E. TV9 will broadcast both friendly matches as well as the 2023 Asian Cup qualifiers involving the home team.
