Malaysian-American Muay Thai sensation Johan “Jojo” Ghazali returned to winning ways in emphatic fashion after securing a first-round TKO victory over Morocco’s Zakaria El Jamari in their flyweight clash at ONE Fight Night 35 inside the historic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium.
Coming into the bout on the back of two straight defeats — against Johan Estupinan at ONE 170 and Diego Paez at ONE Fight Night 32 — the 18-year-old prodigy was under pressure to prove he still belongs among the brightest rising stars in the sport.
From the opening bell, Johan showcased his trademark aggression, unleashing a flurry of sharp punches and precise kicks that kept his Moroccan rival on the back foot. Just 2 minutes and 10 seconds into the first round, the referee stepped in to wave off the contest, handing Johan a much-needed TKO victory.
