Kim Pan-gon, Head coach of the Malaysia national team revealed will use tournament 48th King’s Cup 2022 to build the confidence of the players before 2 big tournaments.
“After the Asian Cup qualifiers, we are preparing for the AFF Cup and the finals of the Asian Cup. The competition here is one of our preparations.” Pan-gon said in the Press conference
“Through the competition here, I had the opportunity to get more information about my players. I am grateful for inviting us.”
“As I mentioned, this is part of our preparation and I want to see each player and get additional information.”
“Thailand is a team above us with a good lineup of players, this will give useful experience to the players where we will play in bigger tournaments in the future.”
“We will use this stage to build the confidence of the players through the competition here,”
In addition to the meeting between Malaysia and Thailand, another action also took place involving the action of Trinidad and Tobago and Tajikistan.
