Perak FC, club in Liga Premier Malaysia revealed now have offer from Impact Media and Communication Sdn. Bhd. (IMC), for purchase the team but not have proof of funds to present.
According by Official Facebook page of Perak FC, revealed team recieved a revised letter of offer to purchase and acquire 100% equity of Perak FC Sdn. Bhd. was received today afternoon by the legal representative of Impact Media and Communication Sdn. Bhd. (IMC)
The content of the revised letter will be discussed tonight and very much alike to the first offer made, IMC is expected to respond favourably. However, as per the request made by IMC and the expectations of the Malaysian Football League (MFL), no proof of funds were handed-down.
However, The management of IMC is expected to discuss the absence of the proof of funds tonight, and notify MFL of the matter, with recommendations to resolve the concern early tomorrow morning.
