Kuala Lumpur City, a club in Liga Super Malaysia has issued a statement confirming now the club is being the process of clearing the salaries arrears of the players and staff.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of Kuala Lumpur United Football Club Sdn Bhd was held on Thursday, 25 July 2024, with the pleasure of announcing that the Board of Directors will unanimously resolve any confusion and misunderstanding that may arise.
In relation to that, the Board of Directors members unanimously agreed to move forward and media statements will only be issued after taking into account the collective decision that has been decided together.
Now, the salary payment process is being actively implemented as well as payments to statutory bodies. The members of the Board of Directors are always united to move forward and will stand firmly behind the club to ensure that Kuala Lumpur City FC continues its excellent start to the season, overcoming all odds and continuing to produce good results.
Kuala Lumpur City FC is a club that is able to deal with challenges and obstacles and difficult situations effectively. This shows that the club’s ability to overcome obstacles and achieve great success is due to strong internal unity and team spirit.
Three appearances in the Finals through three different competitions in the last three seasons has proven that Kuala Lumpur City FC is on the right track in building a good and competitive team.
