The Malaysia national futsal team has officially named their final 14-player squad for the ASEAN Futsal Championship 2026, which will take place in Nonthaburi, Thailand from 6-12 April 2026.
Head coach Addie Azwan Zainal finalized the squad following the team’s last training session on 3 April, selecting a balanced group featuring a mix of promising young players and experienced campaigners.

Malaysia will compete in Group B alongside defending champions Indonesia, Australia, and Brunei with the top two teams advancing to the semi-finals.
The national team departed for Thailand on 4 April ahead of their opening match against Australia on 6 April, followed by clashes against Indonesia on 7 April and Brunei on 8 April.
Malaysia will be aiming for a stronger showing after missing the semi-finals in the previous edition held in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, where they finished third in the group stage.
Historically, the Harimau Malaya futsal squad has finished runners-up five times and third place five times, but is still searching for its first ASEAN futsal title.
