Khuzaimi Piee, defender Malaysia national team and Negeri Sembilan FC stressed that the guidance and help from his more senior teammates helped him a lot during the friendly match against the Philippines on Wednesday.
Khuzaimi became one of the best players in the country where he played brilliantly on the defensive wall when paired with Shahrul Saad and he is now the idol of the country’s football fans.
“First of all, I want to thank the fans. My comment about last Wednesday’s match, the commitment of all the players who have given their best on the action against the Philippines. I just made my second appearance with the national team.” Piee said on press conference before match VS Singapore in FAS Tri-Nation Series 2022 today.
“The guidance from senior players who have been involved in the national team for a long time played a role for me to play in last Wednesday’s match. Support from teammates also influenced my performance.”
“My expectation for the match against Singapore, I hope anyone who is given the opportunity can give their best because we know the fans want the best for the national squad,”
Malaysia, will face with Singapore on 26 March 8 pm. at the National Stadium, Kallang
