Nagoya Grampus, still not better after tied with Kashiwa Reysol, with a score 1-1 in the J.League 2022 at Toyota Stadium, Aichi Prefecture.
It was Kashiwa who moved the score first. In the 6th minute of the first half, U-21 Japan national team FW Mao Hosoya brought in from the flick of FW Tomoya Koyamatsu to the left in the penalty area and shot with his left foot while receiving the mark of defender Shinnosuke Nakatani . He brilliantly defeated Nia and scored his second goal this season.
However, Nagoya catches up in the 18th minute of the first half. DF Kazuya Miyahara’s vertical pass was dropped by FW Mu Kanazaki , the first starter of the season, and midfielder Mateus Castro on the right in the penalty area shot directly with his left foot. He was sucked into the left corner of the goal with a vivid trajectory and scored his first goal of the season.
Kashiwa had many chances in the second half, which was 1-1, but Nagoya did not allow the goal due to the repeated big saves of Mitchell Langerak. The result was to share the points with each other.
