Al Nassr FC delivered a commanding 4-0 victory over Al Wasl FC in the AFC Champions League Two 2025/26 quarter-finals at Zabeel Stadium, Dubai.
The Saudi giants produced a devastating first-half display to book their place in the semi-finals, underlining their credentials as serious title contenders.
Head coach Jorge Jesus fielded a star-studded lineup featuring Ronaldo, Sadio Mane, Marcelo Brozovic, Kingsley Coman, and Joao Felix — and the impact was immediate.
Al Nassr struck in the 11th minute when Ronaldo calmly finished from close range after a precise cutback, marking his first goal of the campaign.
The pressure continued to mount as Felix’s delivery from a corner found Inigo Martinez, who doubled the lead in the 24th minute with a well-placed header.
Just two minutes later, Felix was again the architect, providing another pinpoint cross for Abdulelah Al Amri to head home, leaving Al Wasl stunned at 3-0 before the half-hour mark.
Despite tactical changes from Al Wasl, led by coach Rui Vitoria, the hosts struggled to break down a disciplined Al Nassr side.
Goalkeeper Bento Krepski was called into action once, denying a powerful effort, while Ronaldo came close to adding another before being substituted.
The fourth goal arrived in the 80th minute, with substitute Abdullah Al Hamddan setting up Mane, who rounded the goalkeeper and finished with ease to complete a comprehensive victory.
Al Nassr now advance to the semi-finals, where they will face either Al Ahli SC of Qatar or Al Hussein SC of Jordan.
