Perak FC has confirmed that their Liga Super Malaysia 2024/25 Matchday 9 clash with Johor Darul Ta’Zim will be held at Sultan Ibrahim Stadium, Iskandar Puteri on November 10, 2024.
Following a request from the Malaysian Football League (MFL) to relocate the game due to safety concerns, Perak selected the JDT home ground to minimize risks and ensure the timely completion of the season’s first half.
This highly anticipated match had been postponed twice before—first on August 17 and then on October 5—both times due to heavy rain, raising concerns over scheduling. The decision to play at Sultan Ibrahim Stadium not only addresses these concerns but also ensures that the Malaysia Cup 2024-25 draw, set for November 11, can proceed smoothly.
