Malaysia’s professional men’s doubles pair Goh Sze Fei–Nur Izzuddin Mohd Rumsani finally brought an end to their title drought after capturing the DAIHATSU Indonesian Masters 2026 crown at Istora Senayan, Jakarta.
The world No. 9 duo produced a composed and high-quality display to overcome spirited home favourites Raymond Indra–Nikolaus Joaquin 21-19, 21-13 in a 37-minute final at the iconic Istora Senayan.
The triumph marked Sze Fei–Izzuddin’s first title since lifting the India Open in January last year, ending a year-long wait for silverware on the BWF World Tour.
Their success also completed a remarkable hat-trick of titles for Malaysia at the tournament, following earlier victories by mixed doubles world champions Chen Tang Jie–Toh Ee Wei and women’s doubles stars Pearly Tan–M. Thinaah, underlining a dominant Malaysian presence in Jakarta.
For Sze Fei–Izzuddin, the Indonesian Masters title came as a timely breakthrough after early exits in the Malaysia Open and India Open earlier this month, signalling a strong return to form at the start of the season.
As champions, the Malaysian pair pocketed USD39,500 (RM158,217) in prize money, while runners-up Raymond–Nikolaus took home USD19,000 (RM76,104).
