Borussia Dortmund, a club in Bundesliga Germany and runner-up of UEFA Champions League 2023/24, will play a friendly match with BG Pathum United, a club in the Thai league, on 21 July 2024 at BG Stadium, Pathum Thani.
The upcoming tournament will be called “114 Celebration, BG Pathum United x BVB” in honor of the 114th anniversary of Borussia Dortmund and to officially celebrate BGPU’s new E stand.
This will be the first time in history that Dortmund will play in Thailand. And 4th country in ASEAN following Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
This match is part of the Asian Tour 2024 of Borussia Dortmund and continues to Japan for play against Cerezo Osaka on 24 July 2024.
