Penang FC have officially announced the appointment of former Malaysian international Victor Andrag as the club’s new Technical Director, marking another important step in strengthening the club’s long-term football development strategy.
The appointment brings one of Malaysian football’s most experienced figures back into a key leadership role, with Andrag set to oversee the technical direction of the club from grassroots development through to the senior squad.
A respected former national team player, Victor Andrag has built an extensive coaching résumé throughout Malaysian football, serving in various technical and managerial positions over the years.
His career has included significant contributions to youth player development, while also holding roles as an assistant coach and caretaker head coach at Kedah Darul Aman FC.
Andrag is also no stranger to Penang, having previously served as assistant coach of Penang FA between 2012 and 2013, making this appointment a return to familiar surroundings.
