PDRM FC climbed to 7th rank after invading to beat PDRM FC with a score of 3-2 in the Liga Super Malaysia 2023 at Darul Makmur Stadium, Kuantan.
In the match, the hosts started fiercely when they scored the lead goal thanks to the touch of the poisonous attacker, Kpah Sherman after beating the opponent’s goalkeeper, Mohamad Ramadhan Ab Hamid as early as the eighth minute.
In the 13th minute, midfielder Baqiuddin Shamsudin almost added a second goal for the Sri Pahang but his football missed a bit.
Imported player, Kevin Ingreso also missed the opportunity to score against PDRM in the 19th minute.
PDRM, who rarely launch an attack finally managed to equalize through Bruno Suzuki who easily completed the penalty when match referee Fitri Maskon found the ball hit Ingreso’s hand in the penalty box in the 35th minute.
PDRM midfielder Dzulfahmi Abdul Hadi scored the second goal for PDRM in the 42nd minute before Bruno Suzuki scored the third goal in the last minute of the first half of the match, which saw the opponent comfortably leading 3-1.
Trailing 1-3, Sri Pahang redoubled their efforts at the opponent’s fortress, and Rafael Silva’s attempted header was slightly missed in the 53rd minute.
In the 67th minute, the home team’s efforts succeeded when they narrowed the goal gap to 2-3 when Stefano Brundo scored the second goal for Sri Pahang from a penalty kick after Zuhair Aizat was brought down in the penalty box.
The hosts tried to at least record a draw but had to concede to PDRM taking home three points.
