Kuching City FC produced a spectacular performance, cruising to a 5–0 victory over PDRM FC in the Liga Super Malaysia 2025/26 at Stadium MPS, Selayang.
It was a night to remember for The Cats, who showed ruthless attacking form from the opening whistle.
The visitors took the lead in the 13th minute through Yuki Tanigawa, who calmly slotted home the opener following a well-worked move. Just seven minutes later, Ronald Ngah Wanja doubled the lead with a composed finish to make it 2–0.
The Cameroonian forward was unstoppable throughout the first half, completing a stunning hat-trick with goals in the 31st and 38th minutes, giving Kuching City a commanding 4–0 lead at halftime.
PDRM attempted to reorganize after the break, but any hopes of a comeback were dashed when Ramadhan Saifullah added the fifth goal in the 54th minute, sealing a statement win for the Sarawak-based side.
Despite holding a massive lead, head coach Aidil Sharin’s men maintained their attacking tempo, creating several more opportunities in the latter stages of the match, though none found the net.
With this emphatic result, Kuching City climb to third place in the league standings with 17 points from eight matches, while PDRM remain in eighth position on six points.
