Myanmar U19 national team performed impressively after beating Brunei DS U19 national team with a score 7-0 in the AFF U19 Championship 2022 Group stage Group A at Madya Stadium, Jakarta.
Myanmar, which is more favored in this match, immediately put pressure on Brunei. The first threat was given by Myanmar through Zaw Win Kyaw, but his shot in the seventh minute still hit the crossbar.
Myanmar’s constant pressure finally paid off in the 26th minute through Moe Swe who took advantage of a Brunei player’s blunder.
Two minutes later Myanmar added the score to 2-0 through Zaw Win Thein’s goal. Myanmar’s advantage is used in finding as many goals as possible in this match.
The advantage of Myanmar U-19 increased before halftime. In the 37th minute La Min Htwe made Brunei even more left behind.
Lagging 0-3 did not make Brunei minder and immediately managed to score a return goal early in the second half, but M Hirman Abdul Latip’s shot was still wide.
In the middle of the second half Myanmar’s goal increased to 4-0 through Chit Aye in the 68th minute. Htet brought Myanmar ahead 5-0 in the 73rd minute.
Ar Kar Kyaw scored to increase the score for Myanmar to 6-0 in this match in the 77th minute with a kick from outside the penalty box.
Zaw Thita closed Myanmar’s victory to 7-0 through his goal in the 84th minute.
