Malaysia’s rising Moto3 prospect Hakim Danish Ramli continued his steady progress in the 2026 season, finishing 13th at the Estrella Galicia 0,0 Grand Prix of Spain at Circuito de Jerez – Angel Nieto.
Riding for AEON Credit-MT Helmets-MSI, the 18-year-old once again demonstrated composure and race intelligence, securing valuable championship points in a highly competitive field.
Starting from Grid 10 following an impressive qualifying performance, Hakim launched well when the lights went out—immediately slotting into the leading pack.
He maintained his position within the top-10 battle group throughout the 19-lap race, showcasing consistency and maturity beyond his years.
As the race unfolded, the intensity at the front began to stretch the field, but Hakim remained locked in the fight.
He eventually crossed the line in 13th place with a time of 33:36.359, finishing just +12.584 seconds behind the race winner—a respectable margin at one of Moto3’s most demanding circuits.
The result earned Hakim three more championship points, bringing his total to 12 points after four races this season—an encouraging return as he continues to adapt at world level.
The race was won by Maximo Quiles of CFMOTO Gaviota Aspar Team, who delivered a commanding performance to take victory with a time of 33:23.566.
Hakim’s ability to remain competitive within the lead group and consistently finish in the points highlights his growing confidence and development on the international stage.
