In the 28th minute, Supanat Mueanta seized on a goalkeeper error, skillfully maneuvering past the defense to score Thailand’s third goal. Minutes later, in the 32nd, a perfectly executed link-up between Gustavsson, Mueanta, and Davis saw Davis net his second goal of the match, making it 4-0.
Despite an injury to Davis late in the first half, Thailand closed the half with a commanding lead, showcasing their offensive depth and tactical prowess.
Thailand picked up where they left off in the second half, with Seksan Ratree creating opportunities and delivering a stellar performance. In the 54th minute, Ratree set up Mueanta for his second goal, extending the lead to 5-0.
Ratree then added his name to the scoresheet with a deflected strike in the 56th minute before heading in another in the 62nd to complete his brace.
Fresh legs brought more firepower to the Thai attack, with substitutes Teerasak Poeipimai and Nicholas Mickelson finding the net. Poeipimai struck twice, first in the 79th minute and again during stoppage time, with both goals showcasing his sharp positioning and finishing skills.
The rout was capped off in the 90+3 minute when Mickelson cleaned up a rebound from a saved shot, bringing the scoreline to a stunning 10-0.
