HRH Major General Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Crown Prince of Johor, will contribute budget RM300,000 for each clubs for improve about quality of the field and drainage system of stadium.
Today, HRH Major General Tunku Ismail Ibni Sultan Ibrahim, Crown Prince of Johor attended the Malaysian Football League Organisational Meeting & Malaysian League Stadium and Venue Management Briefing for the 2024/25 Season with YB Hannah Yeoh, Youth and Sports Minister and YB Dato’ Ab. Ghani Hassan, President Malaysian Football League (MFL) at Sunway Big Box Hotel, Iskandar Puteri Johor.
During the meeting, HRH Crown Prince of Johor consented to contribute RM300,000 for pitch maintenance for the first year to each team that accepts a grant of RM500,000 from the Youth and Sports Ministry for a new quality field and drainage system. The grant from the ministry comes following a discussion between His Royal Highness and YB Hannah last year.
“I voiced out the importance of quality football infrastructure. I hope to see the whole country’s infrastructure improve and meet international standards,” TMJ said.
