Kelantan United, a club in Liga Super Malaysia, has officially announced the rebranding of the club to Kelantan Darul Naim FC(KDNFC) in the season 2024/25.
Rozi Muhamad, president of Kelantan Darul Naim FC, explained that the rebranding of the club’s name and logo was due to the management’s desire to unite Kelantan football fans and supporters under one proud banner and flag, Kelantan Darul Naim.
“This change in name and logo is not to replace Kelantan’s main team (Kelantan FC). But to see a competitive club acting in the highest hierarchy of the Malaysian League with other main clubs with more dominant entities and having a comprehensive influence,” he said.
