Malaysia is set to begin its AFC Asian Cup 2027 qualifiers round 3 campaign against Nepal on March 25 at the Sultan Ibrahim Stadium, Iskandar Puteri.
The confirmation follows an update on the official Asian Football Confederation (AFC) website, indicating that Harimau Malaya’s opening Group F match will be held at the home of Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT).
This marks Malaysia’s return to the SSI after nearly two years, having last played there in a friendly match against Hong Kong on March 28, 2023.
