Terengganu FC keep 3 points in hom after beating Negeri Sembilan FC 3-2 in the Liga Super Malaysia 2024/25 at the Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Stadium, Gong Badak.
However, the hosts dominated the game and were shocked by the visitors’ first goal in the 15th through Mika Junco.
The goal was achieved after the striker from Spain received a beautiful pass from Takumi Sasaki before his header failed to be saved by the goalkeeper, Syed Muhammad Nasrulhaq Syed Bidin.
Shocked by the goal, the hosts doubled their hopes and succeeded after a free kick attracted captain, Safawi Rasid who, when injured in the first half, hit the net for a 1-1 position heading into the dugout.
Continuing the second half, TFC didn’t wait long to get ahead of Azzmi Ab Aziz’s squad when Akhyar Rashid’s cross was easily headed in by substitute Nnabuike Chukwu in the 48th minute.
However, the goal didn’t last long when the visitors managed to equalize thanks to Jacque Faye’s swift shot, resulting in a chaotic action in the penalty box.
