Fandi Ahmad, head coach of Sri Pahang FC said that the situation caused his squad to not get a convincing result to put at its best.

“The players are a bit less confident because the chances are there but the finishing is not accurate, causing Sri Pahang to not be able to put pressure on the opponent.” Fandi said.
“Based on that factor, the three-week period without matches is used as best as possible to ensure that the attack machinery is more cohesive in the upcoming matches,”
According to him, the situation requires his men to maintain and improve their best performance, especially in terms of fitness level.
“There is no doubt that it is disturbing especially the long period without a match which requires all the players to work hard for the team to give a convincing performance when they return to action this Saturday.
