Melaka United and Sarawak United cannot play in Liga Super Malaysia 2023 due to not being granted a national license from MFL Club Licensing Appeal Committee (AB).
The MFL Club Licensing Appeal Committee (AB), has already met and decided that the appeal of Super League clubs Melaka United and Sarawak United to apply for a National License was rejected.
The decision was announced to the team today by Mohamad Yasin Abdullah through an official notification thus seeing Melaka United and Sarawak United not eligible to play in the Liga Super Malaysia 2023.
AB has considered the appeal of Melaka United and Sarawak United following the decision of the First Instance Body (FIB) which rejected the National License application for the 2022 cycle on 12 October 2022 in accordance with Article 3.4.4 contained in the MFL Club Licensing Regulations 2022 Edition.
