Kawin Thammasatchanan, ex-goalkeeper of the Thailand national team and goalkeeper of Muangthong United, has announced retirement at age 34 after playing 17 years in a football career.

Kawin started playing football in youth career at Assumption College Thonburi before starting to play professional football with Rajpracha in 2007 and moving to Muangthong United in 2008 before moving to play in Belgium with OH Leuven in 2018 before was sent on loan to Consadole Sapporo and Port FC before returning to Muangthong United again in the 2022/23 season and returning to the field in the second leg of the season. 2023/24 after recovering from surgery.
As Thailand’s national team, Kawin has been playing since the youth squad with U16, U19, and U23 and was capped with the main squad at 64 appearances from 2010-2022.
