Malaysia’s mixed doubles pair, Chen Tang Jie-Toh Ee Wei reached the round of 16 after beating Thai pair Dechapol PUAVARANUKROH-Sapsiree TAERATTANACHAI in the YONEX All England Open Badminton Championships 2024 at Utilita Arena, Birmingham.
Chen Tang Jie-Toh Ee Wei won in the first set, scoring 21-14, but lost in the second set 12-21 and went back to win in the last sets with scores of 21-15 in 57 minutes.
This is the victory revenge of Chen Tang Jie-Toh Ee Wei after they lost to their Thai pair in the Mixed doubles final of Thailand Master 2024 in February.
