Ali Al-Busaidi, defender of the Oman national team, emphasized that he is willing to accept any situation, including a poor pitch surface, in the match against the Malaysia national team in the FIFA World Cup 2026 Asian Qualifiers Round 2 Group D tonight.
Al-Busaidi explained that his troops’ main focus at the moment is to try their best to achieve victory in the opponent’s arena.
“We are very prepared for any conditions (field), weather, spectators, we are prepared for all conditions. God willing, we will win the match.” Ali said.
“We’re here to win; if we can do that, we’ll stay in the group. We’ll face any situation because we believe we can win.”
“We respect Malaysia and we know they have good players, but we also have quality players. We will fight together and the coach also knows about Malaysia’s style of play,”
FIFA World Cup 2026 Asian Qualifiers Round 2, Group D Matchday 4 between Malaysia vs Oman will be played on 26 March 2023 at 10.00 pm. at Bukit Jalil National Stadium, Kuala Lumpur.
