Selangor FC has issued an official statement about the incident with Khuzaimee Piee, a defender of the club, after the house and motorcycle were stolen last night.
According to a police report he shared on Instagram, Khuzaimi lost a motorbike, four bags of various brands, and his international passport, which police report was made by Khuzaimi at 11:30 pm after returning home from the training session in question.
“The club is aware of the recent incident involving our defender, Ahmad Khuzaimi Piee, whose house was broken into last night.” Selangor FC said in statement.
“Khuzaimi lost several belongings, but fortunately he and his family are safe and were not harmed.”
“Following the incident, a police report has been made, and the club advises the public to not make any speculations or assumptions, and to leave the investigation to the authorities.”
“The club is deeply disappointed by what has happened and strongly condemns any form of crime. We pray for the safety and wellbeing of Khuzaimi and his family and hope the perpetrators will be apprehended and brought to justice.”
Meanwhile, the Head of the Shah Alam Regional Police, Assistant Commissioner Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim, said he would issue a statement regarding the case today.
