Nicolao Dimitru Cardoso, an Italian forward, has moved to join Johor Darul Ta’Zim, a club in the Liga Super Malaysia season 2024/25.
Nicolao just left Buriram United in Thai League 1 after the end of the first leg and made 9 appearances and 1 goal scored only.
Nicolao has played in several clubs in the Italian League: Empoli, Napoli, Ternana, Cittadella, and Reggina, Livorno, and moved to England to join Nottingham Forest in 2016, and move to play in Spain with Alcorcon, and Gimnastic.
In addition, Nicolao has been to play in Asia with Suwon Samsung Bluewings in K.League in 2021.
Nicolao will wear jersey number 27 for JDT in 2024/25.
