Malaysia national team announced the squad of 23 players to participate in the AFC Asian Cup 2023 qualifiers 3rd round group E. during 8-14 June 2022 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The following name list below are the names of 23 players that have been called up by the Malaysia National Team Head Coach, Kim Pan Gon to join the AFC Asian Cup 2023 qualifiers 3rd round Group E matches against Turkmenistan (8 June 2022), Bahrain (11 June 2022) and Bangladesh (14 June 2022), all match, will be played in the Bukit Jalil National Stadium, Kuala Lumpur.

Not on the list are goalkeeper Kalamullah Al-Hafiz Mat Rowi, Afiq Fazail, Kogileswaran Raj, Shahrul Nizam Ros Hasni, Liridon Krasniqi, Norshahrul Idlan Talaha, and Syahmi Safari. Syahmi was released from the training camp on 31 May 2022 recently due to health reasons.
FAM would like to thank the players for their commitment given throughout the training camp since May, 20. The players who are not selected are on a standby list should the need arises for a replacement.
