Indonesia national team lost to Argentina national team, FIFA World Cup 2022 champions with a score of 0-2 in the International Friendly ‘A’ Match at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Jakarta.
Argentina national team immediately displayed its dominance from the very beginning. During the first five minutes, they immediately pressed. The Indonesian national team was made difficult to win control of the ball.
Argentina’s first golden opportunity came in the 17th minute. Nicolas Gonzales fired hard at goal. However, Ernando was still able to secure the net well.
Until the middle of the first half, the Garuda squad was still having trouble developing their game. They were also never able to execute counter-attack schemes optimally.
Jordi Amat’s mistake in the 29th minute was almost disastrous. Facundo Buonanotte took control of the ball. Julian Alvarez kicked the ball hard, but Ernando was still quick to block it.

Alejandro Garnacho almost got his name on the scoreboard in the 90+4 minute. Luckily, Ernando Ari’s leg closed his horizontal kick.
No additional goals were created until the referee blew the long whistle marking the end of the match. Indonesia’s national team must admit Argentina’s superiority with a score of 0-2.
