Tomislav Stienbruckner, head coach of Terengganu FC insisted that his team is on the best track to advance to the Piala FA Malaysia 2024/25 final this season.
Tomi revelaed despite playing at home first in the first semi-final match, the success of defeating Sabah FC with an aggregate score of 7-0 in the quarter-final provided valuable motivation for his players.
However, he meticulous preparation started at the beginning of the season and the majority of injured players have recovered to add to the strength of the team.
“For me, there is no problem playing at home first or vice versa, even if we meet the best team and players currently in the Malaysian League.”
“This is because our men are always ready to give their best performance to advance to the final stage, moreover some players who were previously sidelined due to injury are back with the team.”
“More motivation for the players, the success with a big aggregate defeating Sabah FC is also an important element for the team to beat Selangor FC later.”
