The dramatic victory keeps Argentina’s dream of retaining the FIFA World Cup alive as they prepare for a highly anticipated final against Spain.
England’s campaign, meanwhile, ends in heartbreak after seeing their lead slip away in the closing stages. The Three Lions will now turn their attention to the third-place match against France.
