Kedah Darul Aman (KDA FC) announced Tan Sri Dr. Mohd Daud Bakar is the largest shareholder of Darulaman Football Club Sdn. Bhd.
Previously in a ceremony in Kuala Lumpur, Tan Sri Dr. Mohd Daud Bakar was appointed by His Excellency Dato’ Seri Haji Muhammad Sanusi Md. Nor as Patron of KDA FC on 25 November 2021. Actively driving KDA FC as a patron through club funding and a large network with corporate companies, the next phase of Tan Sri Dr. Mohd Daud Bakar will be bigger by determining the direction of this football club to a higher level.
In line with the era of privatization of football clubs in Malaysia, increasing shareholding is seen as a more dynamic strategy to attract more business opportunities in the modern era of football. Tan Sri Dr. Mohd Daud Bakar is an entrepreneur in various fields as well as leading several large national agencies and in time to develop financial sustainability, governance and governance, facilities, infrastructure as well as the quality of players and coaching in KDA FC.
KDA FC expresses its highest appreciation to the Honorable Dato’ Seri Haji Muhammad Sanusi Md.
