Chonburi FC issued a statement confirming that Sasom Pobprasert has decided to resign from the position of head coach of the team for responsible after being unable to lead the team to achieve the target.
For the performance of Chonburi FC in the second leg, the results are not better, especially in the last 8 matches in the league does not keep winning with a record of 1 draw, losing 7 matches, dropping from 3rd place to 7th place, and eliminated all 2 cup competitions already.
However, the club has appointed Adul Lasoh, the club’s legendary player and former head coach of Phitsanulok FC in Thai League 3, to be an interim head coach until the end of this season, and move Mr.Sasom up as a consultant of the club.
Mr.Sasom has been in the position of head coach of Chonburi FC since 2019 and is doing his best record is the runner-up of Chang FA Cup 2020/21.
