Professional Footballer Association of Malaysia (PFAM) send notice to Melaka United FC after have report club arrears salaries players main Squad players and President’s Cup Squad Players.
For this problem caused by the new owner trying to push the previous owner to settle all the debts. due this one is the problem on the old management, which the new management dont want to settle.
“PFA Malaysia would like to express our solidarity to the Melaka United FC Main Squad players and also the Melaka United FC President’s Cup Squad Players.” PFA Malaysia said in official statement
“For your information, the arrears for the Main Squad are 3 months and the arrears for the President’s Cup Squad are 2 and a half months.”
“PFA Malaysia has already sent a Notice of Claim to the management of Melaka United and urged that the arrears be settled by 19 January 2022.”
“PFA Malaysia would like to remind the team to take the issue of salary payment seriously as this is not the first time involving the Melaka United team. The players have already cooperated and understood the constraints of the team by giving them the appropriate timeframe. Hopefully this issue can be resolved at an immediate rate.”
