Negeri Sembilan FC has officially confirmed the resignation of head coach Nidzam Jamil, effective immediately.
The announcement comes as a blow to a squad that had been looking to find its rhythm under Jamil’s leadership since the season’s start. While the exact reasons for his departure remain behind closed doors, the club has moved swiftly to fill the vacuum.
There’s no time for mourning in the world of professional football. NSFC has handed the keys to the castle to Assistant Coach K. Rajan, who steps in as the Interim Head Coach.
Rajan’s mission is clear: Stabilize the ship. > “The primary focus right now is to restore stability and player morale. We have a season to finish, and we need everyone pulling in the same direction.” — NSFC Management Insight
Nidzam Jamil is known for his tactical mind and modern approach, but clearly, the internal or external pressures at Paroi reached a breaking point. By promoting K. Rajan immediately, the board is banking on continuity rather than a total system overhaul.
