Johor Darul Ta’Zim has announced that would like to thank and wish outgoing coaches, players and staff all 11 persons, and one on the list is Esteban Solari, Argentine head coach.
JDT, are undergoing a transformation that will see a 30-40% reduction in spending due to a need to restructure our finances to ensure sustainability. The club have spent a considerable amount of money on our football project over the past six-seven years.
In the list of 11 persons who left JDT is Esteban Solari, head coach, and 3 coaching staff are Rodrigo Barrios, Antonio Mateos, Antonio Gavilan and Dr. Leandro Pinero. and have 7 Players such as Aidil Zafuan, Kunanlan Subramaniam, Hazwan Bakri, Adam Nor Azlin, Leandro Velazquez and Diogo Luis Santo will also be leaving JDT following years of their service.
In addition, JDT releases 5 players going out on loan to another club, such as Oscar Arribas, Syafiq Ahmad, Safawi Rasid, Akhyar Rashid and Haziq Nadzli.
Esteban Solari, or ‘Tano’, was appointed to be head coach of JDT in season 2023 and led a team to crown Quadruple Champions this season. and made history as the first team to make 100 goals in the Liga Super Malaysia in only one season.
