Hosting country Men's Single shuttler Anders Antonsen, currently the No.2 seed in World Ranking, has withdrawn himself from Denmark Open 2022.

The reason that let him decided to withdraw from the Denmark Open was due to an injury. His opponent, Shi Yu Qi from China, earns a walkover.

Shi Yu Qi will face Canada's Brian YANG or Indonesia's Shesar Hiren RHUSTAVITO in the Round 16 of the Denmark Open 2022.

We hope Anders Antonsen a speedy recovery!
